This is the problem NCN Delivery was built to solve. We get parcels to every district in Nepal, from the busy streets of Kathmandu to hill villages a delivery van can't reach on its own.
How we reach every district
Inside Kathmandu Valley, our own riders handle pickup and delivery from start to finish. For the rest of the country, we work with local delivery partners in each region, people who already know the roads, the shortcuts, and the villages better than anyone coming in from the city.
This is not us cutting corners. It's how you actually cover a country shaped like Nepal without pretending a handful of city offices can reach every hill district on their own. Every parcel is tracked the same way regardless of who's carrying it for that last stretch, so you always know where it is.
How fast is delivery, really
Inside Kathmandu Valley, most parcels go out the same day. Outside the valley, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days, depending on the terrain and how close the destination is to a road. We tell customers this upfront instead of promising a number we can't hit on a mountain road.

What we actually do
Two services make up most of what we handle.
Person-to-person courier
Documents, gifts, and parcels sent between family and friends. A lot of our customers have moved to the city for work or study and use us to send things home.
E-commerce delivery
We pick up from the seller's location, pack and record the item, deliver it to the buyer's door, and collect payment on delivery when needed. Every COD transaction is logged, so sellers can check exactly what's been collected.
Cash on Delivery, done properly
Most online buyers in Nepal still don't trust prepaid orders. COD is not optional here, it's the default. We collect payment at the door and settle it with the seller on same day, with a record kept for every parcel.
Tracking that actually works
Every parcel gets a tracking number the moment it's picked up. Customers can follow it through the NCN Delivery Customer App or on the website, and riders and partner teams update the status at each stage, not just at pickup and delivery.
