Do I need an account to send a parcel?
Yes. For ecommerce business, fill the registration form, and once you are set up you can create orders online. For a one-time parcel, no need an account, message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you.
Is pickup free outside Kathmandu?
Free pickup is available in Kathmandu. For pickup in another city, message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm for your location.

Fragile items are accepted when packed well: double box, cushioning, and a clear FRAGILE mark. We do not carry flammable goods, weapons, live animals, currency, or narcotics. Ask us before booking if you are unsure.
